REFUND POLICY

Because we offer products under two brands, return and refund policies vary by brand. The following policy applies to all Dressed by Jess products:

  • We do not offer refunds, but we do offer the option for an exchange or in-store credit
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
  • Final sale items, clearance or promo items are not eligible for return
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • Original shipping is not refunded
