All purchases are eligible for exchange or in store credit if initiated within 7 days of receiving the item. Items more be unworn and undamaged with tags attached.  

Damaged or Missing Items:
If your order arrives damaged or if your package goes missing during shipping, we are committed to resolving the issue fairly and responsibly. These situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
To assist us in resolving your concern, please follow these steps:

  1. Report Damage or Loss Promptly: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.
  2. Provide Documentation: Share clear photos of the damaged item(s), the packaging, and any relevant tracking information for lost packages.

We reserve the right to assess and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, store credit, or other options at our discretion.
